KL SING SONG 20th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION SERIES 2

KL Sing Song, the first annual showcase and concert of the best of Malaysian singer-songwriters, ran from 2005 to 2009.  Organised by Troubadours KL - founded by singer-songwriters Jerome Kugan, Tan Sei Hon, and Azmyl Yunor - the showcase popularised the songwriter's round format in the then-still emerging singer-songwriter circuit.

In collaboration with Merdekarya, KL Sing Song is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2025 with a series of three shows at Merdekarya in June, July, and August 2025 featuring its alumni and current singer-songwriters in the Klang Valley circuit. Each show will feature six singer-songwriters in the songwriter's round format. 

Series 2 follows up the celebration with the founders of with alumnus Reza Salleh, Melina William, and Bumi Liar along with Markiza & Jes Ebrahim (Peter Hassan Tribute Duo), Kien Lim, and special regional guests Filipino folk singer Danny Fabella and Indonesian multi-instrumentalist Benk Riyadi.
