TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. F&B discounts apply for dine-ins only. No takeaways.
2. F&B discounts will not be added on top of other promos. For example, if you choose the GOLD package, which comes with a 30% discount, and you order during Happy Hours, during which there is already a 10% discount, your total discount will still be 30% off and not 40% off.
3. Discounts on event tickets apply ONLY to Merdekarya-organised ticketed events and NOT events organised by external parties. To be sure, events organised by external parties will be labelled as such on our website.

4. Discounts on event tickets apply to investors ONLY (one discounted ticket per investor), and not for friends and family. However, you may use your F&B discount for friends and family, as long as you/the investor make the purchases at the bar.
5. Once purchased, the investment sum is non-transferable and non-refundable.
